By accessing or using the getAiTrade platform, including the pilot program, mock trading workflows, and broker connectivity interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the platform.
2. Pilot Program & Service Scope
getAiTrade provides a pilot environment featuring controlled algorithmic command structures, audit logging, and routing capabilities. This program is provided 'AS IS' for testing and optimization. While mock trading capabilities simulate live operations, getAiTrade is not responsible for financial executions, real-world broker outcomes, or user-initiated trades in any production ecosystem.
3. Account Credentials & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API key tokens, and broker access passwords. Any operational requests, algorithmic modifications, or data exports initiated under your authenticated profile are deemed your direct actions. getAiTrade implements advanced secure headers, encryption-at-rest, and key audits, but cannot prevent credential theft resulting from user negligence.
4. Permitted Use & Restrictions
Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload getAiTrade server infrastructure. You are prohibited from using automated scrapers or quant scripts to bypass rate limiting or security sandboxes. Any breach of security controls or attempt to inject unauthorized payloads will result in immediate termination of pilot privileges.
5. Intellectual Property
All visual structures, dashboard controls, proprietary code, brand indicators, and technology frameworks, including the 'getAiTrade' wordmark and vector branding, are the exclusive property of getAiTrade, Inc. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to utilize the platform for pilot validation during their active trial phase.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall getAiTrade, its parent company, or its technology team be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of capital, operational downtime, or broker connection failures) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Modifications & Inquiries
getAiTrade reserves the right to adjust, amend, or restructure these Terms and Conditions at any time. Active users will be notified of significant changes via the email linked to their pilot profile.
